Yoga

 Hatha Yoga class. A mix of men and women with a wide age range and reasonably mixed ability, we do get going. This class includes; relaxation, Pranayama, good Asana work keeping reasonable pace - its as strenuous as you wish to make it, you do need to be in shape as we move on. Some inflection of the profound along the way, as is my nature. Wear comfortable clothing, you can borrow a mat if need be or even buy one if you fancy. Yoga Time

 Hatha Yoga with time for a chat and inflection. You still do a fair bit of work but if you wanted to ask a question or two the opportunity is here. A good class for the beginner or those wishing to take it a bit easier although still satisfying to the competent or old hand. Its a proper Yoga class encompassing the first four limbs of Yoga and how else without the Fifth? Wear comfortable clothing, you can borrow a mat if need be. Yoga Fit

 This is a shorter class focusing more on Asana and practice to keep the body fit and supple. It is not such a holistic class as my full Yoga class, still very good for you of course. It is suitable for most people with some excellent stretches and a different format from the later class. Lower Back Ease

 A series of movements to discover a simpler easier way for your you and your back to move simply and easily. Some people live with lower back pain or stiffness for years, often because they simply have not had the option of discovering a way of moving that creates a healthy back. This workshop aims to help each person find better movement for a better back.

Better Breathing

 Breathe is life. This class offers a thorough look at how you breathe and how that effects your life. The rib cage and mid or thoracic spine has a massive bearing on our posture and quality of life. This class through gentle, simple yet clever movement offers an opportunity for you to improve the quality of your breath and in so doing the quality of your movement, energy levels and bring an increased equilibrium to your life.

Knees and Feet

 The foundation of our movement. We rely on our feet without giving much attention to how we use them and how we can use them. Hence alot of people may have no idea how this effects there over all posture and mobility. Its fun and simple through simple movements with your socks on to discover your feet, how you use them and how this relates the structure above. Turning Improved

 All of our lives we rely on being able to turn, from reversing the car, playing tennis to crossing the road. Its also something that is easily lost as we get older. These classes are for all ages as we can all improve or remember from wherever we begin. Through a series of gentle movements, lying down and standing we willl improve. Balance is required through out the system to turn well and this workshop is likely to improve that in ways you have yet not imagined. Arm and Shoulder Ease

 How to use our Arms and Shoulders the way nature intended. From Rotation of the Arm and Shoulder to Reaching the upper limbs need to be integrated to the movement of the whole being. Some practical advice and experience to treat achey limbs and avoid problems in the future. These classes are for people who would like to know more of how to care for themselves and improve there awareness and function as well as people with a problem. Free Your Hips

 The Hip Joint connects the leg to the body, it is a marvel of structural engineering. There is a constant balance between stability and mobility and a far greater organisation than one might at first consider. This workshop allows a safe experience of pelvic, femur integrations to allow your nervous system to become aware of new possibilities. Again its fun and simple, quite liberating for some dependant on where you start. You may be surprised at the things in your body that are effected by exploring your Hips possibilities.
