Because my body is working better for me now than when I started Feldenkrais treatments with Adam, I have to remind myself of the difficulties and discomfort I used to experience on a regular basis: when kneeling, going up and down ladders for household or garden jobs, sitting still for any length of time, getting into or holding certain yoga postures. Probably the most noteworthy improvement though is that this year skiing I did not need a support bandage for my knee, which I have done for the past few years – I had total confidence that my joint and surrounding muscles would support me without pain, even under significant pressure.

I have had problems with my shoulder on and off for a few years, tried a few different treatments I found that the massage that helped but what really did it was the shoulder roll CD. A collection of very small movements that you wouldn't think would do anything! But I haven't had a problem for months. It started to twinge after I had flu, so I did the CD again and all loose again, so I will keep using it and recommend to others. Thank you Adam.
