Cost; £300 per segment, part one to be done first, the other 2 in either order. There is a DVD and a comprehensive manual to purchase that support each segment.The workshop is half price if you are repeating.

Accommodation
The location for the training is www.eastbridgfordhill.com a stunning Georgian House in the heart of Nottinghamshire. Its grounds are simply wonderful with views to match giving an air of peace and tranquility in congruence with the Bones Course. The food is created with healthy body and healthy bone in mind, with scrumptuous as its core philosophy, dietary requirements rarely pose a problem. If you like to snack you may be well advised to bring something with you as you are several miles from shops although between the substantial three meals of the day coffee, tea and juices are in plentiful supply.

For residential all inclusive is £85 per 24hrs shared so we can quote you when we have your arrival departure details. It’s on a first come first served basis for single and on suite although there is other local accommodation we can help arrange if need be. If you are a day visitor taking lunch and evening meals then it will cost £35 ~ tea, coffee, juice included.We strive to make all things possible so please ask.
