Hesse to my mind is a brilliant author – Siddhartha is one of his more straight forward works and a charming tale with parallels to one or two quite infamous figures in history (or beliefs) – quite philosophical in its nature – poignant in its mirror for those striving for self discovery as is much of his work.

A definitive text beautifully written to capture the spirit of natural body wisdom - she describes and gives matching movement lessons and suggestions to find a completely new freedom in life. Highly recommended and of course we are hosting Ruthy here in England next year so a perfect introduction to this truly incredible woman.
