The FM grows the repertoire of muscular patterning possibility, this means you have a movement for every occassion, so better able to express yourself, perform a winning move in sport or create a pattern of movement that takes you away from pain. It capitalises on the brains neuroplasticity, using a non verbal communication with the Central Nervous System (CNS). Scientifically evolved over half a century to give a relaxing experience which is performed fully clothed. It gives movement congruency that brings an accuracy and outcome greater than before, energetically more economical. With FM you learn your anatomical neutral – very powerful – which assists in reducing parasitic action in muscular sequencing, thus increasing energy and performance, reducing wear and pain. Using sensory feedback and creative learning techniques, little is left to chance and so ability grows like a plant but at high speed. Dependant on who you are, the greater repertoire of movement can mean the difference between winning or losing, pain or pleasure, communication or isolation. The outcome is experienced in your thinking as well as your moving.
