I have practiced Yoga for 17 years, I am a Yogi. The type of Yoga I practice is called Hatha Yoga which has eight specific vistas of enquiry, one building on another, finally all working in union at the same instant. The business this website portrays began with my own fascination in Yoga. First and foremost I am dedicated to discovering who I am in the greater scheme of things and this type of Yoga is the most exquisite discipline to assist in such discovery. I have gone to some considerable lengths to find the truth.

You can hire me to assist your own work in such an enquiry or parts thereof. The combination of eight vistas or ‘limbs’ in Yoga also improve fitness and strength and equip you with the state of mind for success in sport, business or personal life. I offer my time to teach any or all of the eight limbs as outlined below;
- Yama ~ control
- Niyama ~ virtue, balance
- Asana ~ posture, expansion, belief
- Pranayama ~ path of breathe, flow of life, ability
- Pratyahara ~ lighting foundation
- Dharana ~ discovery of the single rule
- Dhyana ~ the ocean
- Samadhi ~ often mistaken for the end when it is the beginning
For example we can work with ‘Pranayama’ where the entire performance of the being is adjusted through breath; concentration is improved to levels of completely new experience. Pranayama assists in bringing about body awareness, sharpening and evolving the senses, focusing and steadying the mind. Its benefits are far reaching. Yoga with me works the body as a whole not as isolated parts, Asana (which is what most people are doing when they say they do Yoga) helps disperse problems within the muscular system, encouraging muscle groups to work in harmony. It builds overall body strength and flexibility, makes you less prone to injury, and better able to deal with it.
